Kelly Bowers is a Co-Founder of Crossroads Urology, serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. With over 20 years of experience as an Operating Room nurse and a decade of healthcare leadership, Kelly was instrumental in building Crossroads Urology from the ground up.
Working in close partnership with Dr. Craig Nicholson, she oversees the clinical operations and surgical program coordination that define our practice. Kelly is the driving force behind our purpose-built facility, ensuring that our operational infrastructure supports a truly patient-centered model of care.
